Frequently Asked Questions

We manufacture a wide range of sheet metal products including battery casings, electrical enclosures, generator canopies, cupboards, tables, hospital and school furniture, modern furniture, laser-cut decorative panels, calligraphy, home and office decor, and vehicle body parts for cars, rickshaws, and harvesters. If it can be engineered and formed from sheet metal, we can usually design and produce it.

Yes. We can assist with product engineering, 2D and 3D development, enclosure design, structural detailing, and production-friendly sheet metal design. If you already have drawings we can work from them, and if not, our team can help convert your idea into a manufacturable product.

The process starts when you contact us or visit our facility. We discuss your project, expected quantity, and timeline, then issue a quotation. After at least 50% advance is received, the quotation is converted into an invoice and a team is assigned. We build the first prototype, share it with you for testing or arrange a visit, make any approved changes, update the invoice if needed, and then begin mass production after final prototype approval. Our team stays in touch throughout each production stage.

Yes. For engineered and custom work, we create a first prototype before moving into mass production. The prototype can be sent to the customer for review or the customer can visit us to inspect and test it. Once the prototype is approved, full production begins.

The minimum production quantity depends on the type of project, complexity, and manufacturing process, and it is discussed during the initial project review. A quotation is issued first, and at least 50% advance is required to start the job. After full completion, the remaining balance must be cleared before delivery documents and dispatch arrangements are finalized.

Yes, we provide OEM branding. Customers can share their company logo and branding files, and vector formats such as SVG, Adobe Illustrator, or CorelDRAW are preferred. If ready artwork is not available, our design team can prepare branding artwork for the product, and the charges depend on the quantity and the amount of design work involved.

Once the project is completed and full payment is received, a delivery challan is issued and transport can be arranged. Delivery charges are paid by the customer, and delivery itself is not our responsibility. Common cargo options include Asia Cargo and Ittifaq Cargo, and customers may also send their own transport.

Yes. Throughout the project, our staff remains in contact with the customer and shares updates about the current stage of production, prototype progress, changes, approvals, and completion status so the customer stays informed at each major step.
